Notes to the rental rates
Booking in advance is essential, a deposit of £100 / $200 per week required. All prices are per 7-day week and include all sales taxes. A cleaning fee of £50 /$90 is applied when staying less than 5 days. Check in time is 4PM. The departure time is 10am. A £200/$300 Security Deposit is required payable to Our Management Company on arrival in Orlando. Payment can be made by all major credit cards, or cheque.
