Our four-bedroom, two-bathroom
home is on the popular and executive development of
Highland Reserve. Built new in July 1999 and
completely refurbished in 2005, includes top of
range furnishings and many luxury extra items. The
King-size luxury pillow top master bedroom has an
ensuite bathroom and the two twin bedrooms, one
which is in a complete Disney theme and the second
double bedroom share a second bathroom making a
total of 4 bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms have cable
TV. The large living room has ample seating, and has
a formal dining area with cable TV/DVD and Digital
surround sound. The superbly equipped kitchen with
European shaker style fittings and marble counter
tops has every convenience for your stay and also
features a breakfast nook. Outside, the pool is
south-west facing which provides all day sun with
the added advantage of not been over looked to the
rear. The pool has landscaping to the sides for
added privacy. The pool also can be heating for
those winter months and there is a gas bbq. |

The holiday villa is a total
of 2500 square feet of living space, fully air
conditioned.
Highlands Reserve golf course on site is an award
winning course, which winds through pine trees, old
citrus groves and features 120’ of elevation change.
Highlands Reserve golf course also features a
community pool, children’s play area and tennis
courts.
The Florida rental villa is situated off Highway 27
and is only 5 minutes walk from the nearest shops,
10-15 drive from Disney world and 30 minutes drive
from Orlando International Airport and International
Drive. Highway 192, with all its shops and
restaurants, is only a 5 minute drive away.
Our Florida rental villa is our holiday home in
Florida which we rent out to guests when we are not
there ourselves to help with the running costs - we
have it fully equipped for a turn-key stay,
including towels, bed linen and various toiletries.
In addition, our management company is on hand in
Orlando to meet you with the keys and are on call 24
hours a day should you need any assistance during
your stay. |
