How close are the holiday

Is there an additional
charge for electricity?
No, electricity is included in the rental fee. |

Is there air conditioning
and heat?
Yes, air conditioning and heat is available in the
villa. The villa contains a folder with details of
how to turn on the air conditioning. |

Is there a shop at the
resort?
Yes, the shop is located in the golf course. It
sells snacks and drinks. |

Is bed linen supplied?
Bed linen and towels are provided, you will need to
bring your own pool towels. |

Is the villa cleaned
daily?
No, the property is cleaned before you arrive and
after your departure. You can request mid-stay
cleans at an additional charge. An additional clean
can be requested, the fees is $ 70. |

How much does pool heat
cost?
As a general guide, pool heating is recommended
between October and April. The charge for pool
heating is $115 per week or $35 per day (4 day
minimum). It takes between 12 – 24 hours to heat the
pool, therefore we advise that you request pool
heating when booking your accommodation. |

Are there safety features
in the villa?
The villa has an alarm on the pool doors for
children’s safety, a fire extinguisher is supplied
and there is also interior security lighting in case
of an emergency. |

Where do I go for
assistance when I am on holiday?
Our management company in Orlando is Orlando
Management Services”, keys are collected on arrival
and deposited back to their office on departure. Or
they can be left for you in at the lock box at the
villa. The staff at OMS will be happy to assist you
at any time during your holiday at Highlands
Reserve. |
