Our Florida Holiday Villa is
State registered and subject to regular inspection.
Managed by a professional management company,
dedicated to ensuring that our Florida holiday villa
is kept in the best condition with weekly pool,
grounds and pest maintenance so that you have
trouble free holiday experience in our home in the
sun.
Refurbished in 2005, our villa has TVs in all
bedrooms and DVD/TV in the Disney room. The cable TV
is the up graded digital offering with over 250
channels, Movie Channels and a Surround Sound DVD
system. For your security and safety there is an ADT
Monitored Security Alarm and a Pool door alarm to
keep Children safe from the pool area. The furniture
is not your standard holiday home rental package but
features luxury leather suit, shaker kitchen with
marble tops, new Tiling and carpets through out.
The bedrooms are equipped to accommodate eight
people. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin
beds, built in wardrobes, drawer and storage space
in each.
A spacious kitchen/breakfast area is well equipped
with the latest appliances allowing full self
catering facilities. These include a full size
self-cleaning electric oven, microwave,
fridge/freezer, with drink dispenser, dishwasher,
double, sink with waste disposal, coffee maker and
toaster. Ample supplies of cutlery, china, change of
linen and towels are provided, as well as an
automatic washing-machine, tumble dryer, ironing
board and a barbecue.
Our pool has heating as an optional extra for the
winter months of November through to April. You can
pay for the pool heat before leaving home or pay our
Management Company directly if you decide to have
the pool heated while you are there.
There is broadband wireless internet access
available and National and International phone calls
are free of Charge. |
